they do indeed. Not this forum exclusively but when people shout out, Anet hears. If you read the list of updates over the last several months, probably 90% of the updates were hot issues on the forums for about 2 or 3 weeks before hand. People will always complain about Anet and the game in general, but I've yet to see another dev team so directly in tune with their fan base. (Lionhead comes pretty close though)
